Join

Thank you very much for considering joining our community.

Oxford Students, Staff and Alumni

We would be delighted to welcome you as full members. As well as receiving our monthly newsletters, you will be invited to our Slack Workspace and members’ LinkedIn group where we collaborate on projects, share updates and run regular networking and other events. Please register using the form below.

Non-Oxford OCS School of Climate Change Alumni

We are looking forward to collaborating with past members of the School of Climate Change, so if you have joined your School’s Slack Workspace and the SOCC LinkedIn group, you will hear more about OxCAN projects and events and how to get involved.

Members of the public

You can stay up to date on OxCAN news by following us on LinkedIn, where we’ll share news from Oxford and upcoming public events.

We are always interested to hear from anyone who would like to collaborate with our community. If you have ideas for events or projects, please contact the committee.

Donations

OxCAN is free to join, but we are entirely member-funded. We a are currently seeking £50k of funding to secure our future. The button below takes you to our PayPal Giving Fund page where UK taxpayers can register their Gift Aid status (at the bottom right of the screen) and your donations are worth 25% more to us. Please contact us if you'd prefer to donate via another method or would like to discuss broader sponsorship or grants. Thank you.

Registration form

To join OxCAN as a full member (Oxford University students, staff and alumni), please fill in your details below, which will set you up on our Mailchimp database so you receive our newsletters, and send you the invitation to join our Slack Workspace and LinkedIn group.

Slack is our collaboration platform, for Alumni to work together on projects or discuss challenges in a particular area. If you have trouble signing up, please email info@oxfordclimatealumni.com and we'll send you an invite.

Once logged in, please go to the #introductions channel and say hello, and feel free to add anything of interest to the #discussion-board. "Browse Slack" will let you see the other channels for projects and areas of interest.
